AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are YK Global LLC, doing business as Limesnap or limesnap.com ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in the United States at 1021 E Lincolnway Suite 6574, Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82001, United States. Our EIN is 35-2812883.

We operate the website https://limesnap.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

We provide a platform that allows users to create Instagram Reels and Carousels using AI technology. Users upload their own media assets (images and videos), describe the content they want to create, and our AI generates ready-to-post social media content with strategic text overlays and captions.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and YK Global LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by support@limesnap.com, as stated in the email message. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

1. OUR SERVICES

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use the Services. You may not use the Services in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our intellectual property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in the United States and around the world.

The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only.

Your use of our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, including the "PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES" section below, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to: access the Services; and download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose.

Except as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Your submissions and uploaded content

CRITICAL COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER:

By uploading any video clips, images, or other content to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for all content you upload. This includes ensuring you own all rights to the content or have explicit permission from all copyright holders to use such content.
Limesnap serves only as a technical assembly tool. We provide AI software that generates text overlays and captions, then assembles your uploaded media into Instagram Reels and Carousels. We do not create, edit, review, or control the content you upload.
All copyright compliance is your responsibility. You must ensure that all uploaded content complies with copyright laws, trademark laws, and other intellectual property regulations.
You indemnify Limesnap from all content-related claims. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Limesnap harmless from any claims, damages, legal actions, or expenses arising from your use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected content.
We do not monitor uploaded content for copyright violations. While we may remove content that violates our terms, we have no obligation to review or monitor user uploads for intellectual property infringement.

By using the Services, you warrant that:

You own all rights to uploaded content OR have written permission from all copyright holders
Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
You have obtained all necessary licenses, releases, and permissions for any copyrighted material
You will not upload content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

Any breach of these copyright responsibilities will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation; and (8) you own all rights to content you upload or have proper authorization to use such content.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment:

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription plan you choose when you subscribed to the Services.

Free Trial

We may offer free trials to new users who register with the Services. The account will be charged according to the user's chosen subscription at the end of the free trial period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at support@limesnap.com.

Fee Changes

We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.

Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions:

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the billing date
Refunds are provided at our discretion based on usage and circumstances
No refunds for partial month usage

Annual Subscriptions:

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the billing date
Prorated refunds may be available for unused portions at our discretion

Refund Process: To request a refund, contact support@limesnap.com with your account information and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5-7 business days.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

Upload or use any content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Upload content containing hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory material
Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate
Upload content that violates any applicable laws in any jurisdiction, including but not limited to content that promotes illegal activities, violates export control laws, or infringes on regulations specific to your location
Upload or create content that depicts, promotes, or contains Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - such content will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement
Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us
Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services
Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations
Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful material
Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts or data mining tools
Attempt to impersonate another user or person
Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services
Copy or adapt the Services' software
Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us
Upload content that violates any applicable law concerning child protection or safety

We actively monitor for and will remove prohibited content. Serious violations will result in account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

8. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

When you upload video clips, images, or other content to the Services ("Contributions"), you represent and warrant that:

The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party
You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use your Contributions
Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule
Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party
Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap

Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Legal Terms and may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and assemble your content for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

We do not claim ownership over your uploaded content. You are solely responsible for your content and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility regarding your content, including any copyright infringement claims.

10. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Services may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as third-party content. Such Third-Party Websites and content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites or content. You access third-party websites and content at your own risk.

11. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Legal Terms; (3) refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your Contributions; (4) remove from the Services any files and content that are excessive in size or burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and property.

Content Monitoring and Review

By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent that:

We can access and review all content on our platform. This includes:
- All messages, prompts, and conversations with the Limesnap AI
- All uploaded media (images and videos)
- All generated content (Reels and Carousels)
- All data stored on our servers
We may use automated systems to detect illegal content. We employ automated technologies including but not limited to:
- Hash-matching systems (such as PhotoDNA) to detect Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Copyright detection systems to identify potential infringement
- Other automated safety and compliance tools
We may manually review flagged content. Our staff or contractors may review content that:
- Is flagged by automated systems
- Is reported by users or third parties
- We have reason to believe violates our Terms or applicable law
- Is randomly sampled for quality assurance purposes
We may use your data to improve our Services. With your consent through these Terms, we may:
- Analyze conversation patterns to improve AI performance
- Use aggregated, anonymized data for research and development
- Review interactions to enhance user experience and safety
We will comply with legal obligations. We are required by law to:
- Detect and report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Respond to valid DMCA takedown notices
- Cooperate with law enforcement when legally required
- Remove content that violates applicable laws when we become aware of it

You do NOT have an expectation of privacy for:

Conversations with our AI assistant (this is interaction with our service, not private messaging)
Content you create on our platform
Content you upload to our servers
Any data stored on our systems

We commit to:

Use access to your data responsibly and only for legitimate purposes (safety, legal compliance, service improvement)
Implement reasonable security measures to protect your data
Not sell your personal conversations or content to third parties for marketing purposes
Follow our Privacy Policy in how we handle your information

This monitoring is necessary to maintain platform safety, comply with legal requirements, and provide quality service. By using Limesnap, you consent to this monitoring and review.

11A. DMCA COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Limesnap infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it on our Services
Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe content you uploaded was wrongly removed due to a DMCA claim, you may file a counter-notification containing:

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

12. CSAM DETECTION AND REPORTING

We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Our Legal Obligations

Under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), we are required to:

Detect CSAM: We use automated hash-matching technology (such as PhotoDNA) to detect known CSAM
Report CSAM: We will report any detected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement
Preserve Evidence: We will preserve content and records related to CSAM reports as required by law
Cooperate with Investigations: We will cooperate with law enforcement investigations

Your Obligations

You are strictly prohibited from uploading, creating, or attempting to create any content depicting minors in sexually explicit situations
Any attempt to use our Services for CSAM-related purposes will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities
We may report not only the content but also your account information, IP address, and any other relevant data to law enforcement

Automated Detection

All uploaded images and videos are automatically scanned using hash-matching technology against databases of known CSAM. This scanning:

Happens instantly upon upload
Does not involve human review of legal content
Is required by federal law
Cannot be disabled or opted out of

If you encounter CSAM on our platform, report it immediately to support@limesnap.com.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from any other region, you consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.

14. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING FOR BREACH OF THESE LEGAL TERMS OR COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS.

We may terminate your use or participation in the Services or delete your account and any content you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.

15. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times and may experience interruptions or require maintenance.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. You and we irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from these Legal Terms.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations

The Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in the United States according to applicable arbitration rules.

18. CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

19. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR: (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT; (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES; (3) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR SERVERS; (4) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION; (5) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR HARMFUL CODE; OR (6) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT.

IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONTENT YOU UPLOAD, ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OR ANY COPYRIGHT ISSUES RELATING TO YOUR CONTENT.

20. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

21. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties; (4) your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; (5) any content you upload to the Services; (6) any copyright infringement claims related to your uploaded content; or (7) any legal violations resulting from content you create using the Services.

22. USER DATA

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for managing performance, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. You are solely responsible for all data you transmit or any activity using the Services. You agree we shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of data.

23. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications and agree to electronic signatures, contracts, and records.

24. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

25. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not operate as a waiver. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

26. COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY:

Limesnap is a technical service that provides AI-powered content creation tools. While we provide the platform and tools, you maintain full control and responsibility for the content you create. By using Limesnap, you acknowledge that:

You are fully responsible for ensuring all uploaded content complies with copyright laws
Limesnap bears no responsibility for copyright infringement or other legal violations related to user content
We use automated systems to detect certain types of illegal content (see Section 12 - CSAM Detection and Section 11A - DMCA Compliance)
We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and remove infringing content
Any legal issues arising from your uploaded content are entirely your responsibility
You must obtain proper licenses and permissions before uploading any copyrighted material

This disclaimer is in addition to all other terms and conditions set forth in these Legal Terms.

27. LEGAL CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING LEGAL COMPLIANCE:

By using Limesnap to create content, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for the legality of all content you create. This includes content generated through AI assistance using your prompts, uploaded media, and any resulting Reels or Carousels.
Limesnap does not curate, endorse, recommend, or teach users how to create illicit content. Our platform is a neutral technical tool. We provide AI assistance for content creation but do not direct, encourage, or approve specific content types.
Compliance with all applicable laws is your responsibility. If any content you generate violates laws in any jurisdiction—including but not limited to laws regarding defamation, harassment, hate speech, obscenity, fraud, deceptive advertising, export controls, or any other regulations—you bear full legal responsibility.
We monitor for certain types of illegal content. While we do not review all content proactively, we:
- Use automated systems to detect CSAM (see Section 12)
- Respond to DMCA copyright complaints (see Section 11A)
- May review content that is flagged or reported
- Will remove content that violates our Terms or applicable law when we become aware of it
You indemnify Limesnap from all legal claims. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Limesnap harmless from any legal actions, claims, damages, or expenses arising from content you create using our Services that violates any law or regulation in any jurisdiction.
Local laws apply. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction and in any jurisdiction where your content may be viewed or distributed.

Examples of prohibited content include but are not limited to:

Content that violates intellectual property laws
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - will be reported to law enforcement
Defamatory or libelous content
Content promoting illegal activities
Fraudulent or deceptive content
Content that violates privacy rights
Content that violates export control or sanctions laws
Content that constitutes harassment or hate speech
Content that violates advertising standards or regulations

By using the Services, you affirm that you will not create content that violates any applicable laws and that you accept full legal responsibility for all content you generate.

This legal content responsibility clause is in addition to all other terms and conditions set forth in these Legal Terms.
