LIMESNAP REFUND POLICY

At Limesnap, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our AI-powered Instagram content creation services. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and conditions for refunds.
STANDARD REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our SaaS product, we maintain the following refund policy:
7-Day Refund Window:
- You are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of your first subscription purchase only.
- This 7-day refund period applies regardless of whether you have used our services, uploaded content, or generated Instagram Reels and Carousels.
- Refunds are only available for your initial subscription purchase with Limesnap.
No Refunds After 7 Days:
- After the 7-day period has expired, no refunds will be available for any reason.
- This applies to all subscription renewals, including monthly and annual recurring charges.
- Recurring subscription charges are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Subscription Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period.
- To cancel your subscription, contact us at support@limesnap.com or manage your subscription through your account settings.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund within the 7-day window, please contact our support team at support@limesnap.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Order or transaction ID (if available)
- Brief explanation of your refund request
We will process all valid refund requests within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
REFUND PROCESSING
All approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Processing Timeline:
- Refund approval: Within 7 business days of request
- Payment processor: Additional 5-10 business days (varies by provider)
- Total estimated time: 7-17 business days from request to funds appearing in your account
EXCEPTIONS
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion. Exceptions may be considered in cases of:
- Technical issues that prevent service usage during the 7-day refund period
- Billing errors on our part
- Service outages or unavailability during your initial 7-day period
- Other extraordinary circumstances as determined by Limesnap

GENERATION CREDITS
Please note that generation credits are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- If you have used generation credits to create Instagram Reels or Carousels, those credits cannot be refunded separately
- However, within the 7-day refund window, you are still eligible for a full subscription refund even if you have used generation credits
- Generation credit purchases (if applicable) are final and non-refundable after the 7-day initial subscription period
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
For annual subscription purchases:
- The same 7-day refund policy applies
- If you request a refund within 7 days of your annual subscription purchase, you will receive a full refund
- After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, even if you have not used the full year of service
- You may cancel an annual subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time
STATUTORY RIGHTS
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights. For EU customers, this policy complies with applicable consumer protection directives.
European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union, please note that you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive, including:
- 14-day withdrawal period: EU consumers may have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days
- However: By using our digital services (creating content, generating Reels/Carousels), you expressly agree that we begin performance immediately and you may waive your right to withdrawal as outlined in our Terms of Service
- Right to cancel: You retain the right to cancel future subscription renewals at any time
United Kingdom Customers
UK customers have similar rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The same conditions apply regarding digital content and the waiver of withdrawal rights upon use of the service.
California and Other US States
Customers in California and other US states with specific consumer protection laws retain all applicable statutory rights in addition to this Refund Policy.
IMPORTANT NOTES
First Purchase Only: The 7-day refund policy applies exclusively to your first subscription purchase with Limesnap.
Recurring Charges: All subscription renewals and recurring charges are final and non-refundable.
Service Usage: Unlike many SaaS providers, we allow refunds within 7 days even if you have used our AI content creation services and generated Instagram Reels or Carousels.
Account Termination: Refunded accounts may be terminated and are not eligible for:
- Future promotional pricing
- Re-registration under the same email address for promotional offers
- Abuse of the refund policy (requesting refunds on multiple accounts) may result in permanent ban
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us for a refund may result in immediate account termination and loss of access to all generated content.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY CHECKLIST
You are eligible for a refund if ALL of the following are true:
✅ It has been 7 calendar days or less since your first subscription purchase
✅ This is your first (initial) subscription to Limesnap
✅ You contact support@limesnap.com with required information
✅ You have not previously received a refund from Limesnap
You are NOT eligible for a refund if ANY of the following are true:
❌ More than 7 calendar days have passed since purchase
❌ This is a subscription renewal (monthly or annual)
❌ You have already received a refund from Limesnap previously
❌ You are requesting a refund for a subscription purchased more than once
MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of such changes.
We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting a notice on our website
- Sending an email to your registered email address
- Displaying a notification when you log into your account
